Plus, we will give you the paperwork you need to get estimates from your local supplier on any given material.

The List
Foundation estimates include the following:
Linear Foot Footing, Linear Feet walls, Piers Sizes, Rebar, Mesh, Wire, Bolts/Nails, Holddowns/Brackets/Straps, yardage of concrete, slabs, Also included are the lay-out square
dimensions!

Framing estimates include:
Under-floor: Post, Brackets, Flooring/Decking, Beams, Straps, Hardware, Joist, Insulation, Rim.
Main-floor: Plates, Cripples, Walls, Lintals, Headers, Backing, Nails/Hardware, Sheathing,
Beams and Stairs.
2nd Floor Joist: Beams, Blocking, Flooring/Decking, Joist, Rim, Nail/Hardware
2nd Floor Frame: Plates, Beams, Sheathing, Walls, Cripples, Nail/Hardware/Straps, Headers,
Lintals, Backing, Bracing.
Roof Frame: Trusses or Cut; Beam, Posts, Roof Sheathing, Backing, Ceiling Joist, Ridges, Hips,
Vents, Rafters, Valleys, Hardware/Straps/Nails.

Siding Exterior Trim includes (measured in Board Feet or Linear Feet):
Exterior Trim and Soffit Material

Roofing lists include:
Flashing in Linear Feet, Paper Amount, Slats, tile or Roofing per Square (100 sq. ft.), Linear
feet of Hips & Ridges, Vents.

Window list includes:
The windows with the temp codes needed and window flashing.

Door list includes:
Swings, Sizes, Jamb Widths, Interior/Exterior Doors, Service- Fire rated or not.

Interior Trim includes:
Doors, Windows, Base, Crowns, Chair Railing- detail & quantities, Closet Organizer Material
lists, etc.

Flooring includes:
Quantities in yardage, Sq. Feet numbers.

Drywall includes:
Quantities, Corners, Mud, Tape, Texture, Etc.

Paint includes:
Quantities for Primer- Trim Body per room

Lighting includes:
Quantity of where you need fixtures

Electrical includes:
What to expect for you and your Electrician and who should supply what items.

Plumbing includes:
Fixtures and who should supply what.

Cabinets includes:
Detail of Cabinet Lay-out & Sizes, the square feet for Counter tops & Backsplashes

Finish Hardware includes:
Doorknobs, Stops, Pulls, Closet Hardware, Towel Bars, Medicine Cabinets, etc.

Exterior includes:
Walks, Porches, Decks, Patio, Etc.

Price
The pricing for the OBH Material Estimate averages at about $795. This price will cover most homes at 1,500 to 3,000 square feet. Price can vary depending on the size and extent of the work to be done. For the $795 dollar price, you will get all that’s listed above plus a supplier list. This will give you the ability to gather price estimates from multiple suppliers, guaranteeing you the best price.
